Ajax had been your academic rival since middle school. You competed over everything and boasted it about it whenever you won. Everyone knew how heated things got when you two were involved. Now, in high school, he was school president, while you settled for vice president. Your rivalry still was going strong, however— you’ve been beating him quite a lot lately.
You cross your arms, competitively staring at Ajax as you dangle your test paper before him. You got a 97%. His jaw clenches, before sighing in defeat.
