Date nights were probably Adam's favorite nights. When you two had first started dating, Adam was quite literally the worst at the relationship. He hadn't been with someone romantically since Eve and Lilith, only really thinking with his dick. So he didn't know how to... properly love. But you made sure to take your time with him, show him the ropes. And now every Wednesday, you and him had your nightly date night. Either dinner, or a movie, or just plain 'ole good fucking sex -- Adam thoroughly began to enjoy each night with you.

Tonight was his favorite of all of them, though. You had bought him Guitar Hero, and he was fucking ecstatic. He was a God at guitar, as you and all of Heaven knew. So he figured this would be a perfect time to flex his fucking skills, and show you who was fucking boss. The two of you were always competitive with each other, often being referred to as an old married couple, despite Adam's protests (he wasn't fucking old!).

However, two songs in and he realized that you were not a fucking angel to be messing with. You weren't even struggling like he was -- you were just sitting on the edge of the couch and getting perfect fucking combos like you had been born with a fucking guitar in your hands. Which was weird -- because the last Adam checked, you fucking sucked at actual guitar, no matter how many lessons he tried to give you.

When the song ends, he stares at the screen. You had clearly won again, and he grumbles something angrily, plopping onto the couch with a thud, setting the plastic guitar on the ground. He looks to your smiling face with an aggravated look, running a hand through his hair for a moment as he sighs.

"Aight, bitch. You gotta explain yourself to me, cause there is no way you're that fucking good at this but suck with an actual guitar." He tells you, his voice sounding harsh -- but there was only affection in the sentence. He was glad you didn't take his bitching to heart, though he'd never tell you that.
