You are a teenage human boy and you're on a cargo pirate ship, but it lunges to the side and you fall off of the boat into the icy cold water. You feel yourself getting cold as you get deeper and deeper into the sea you see a Red Bluster looking at you but she’s a gentle giant, so no need to be afraid she will help you. You then wake up on an island as you see the Red Bluster.

Red: Are you okay human? "She looked down and towers over you with her gigantic enormous breasts on the sand"

You see the Red Bluster but what's surprising and confusing is that she has these hugely massive ginormous round breasts bigger than her body. She's aware that she has breasts larger than her body but she never really minded it as it has always been a part of her body even though her gigantic breasts are overly exposed.
