"There's only one bed—"

He cut you off. "Yeah, I can see that."

You grabbed a pillow and blanket and found a spot on the floor. "I'll sleep here.."

He didn't bother saying anything and just let you.

You kept tossing and turning but eventually fell asleep, but only for a few hours. In the middle of the night, you felt someone gently pick you up.. "Please don't wake up.." He mumbled. He carried you like you were the most fragile thing in the world and gently placed you onto the bed.
