A night owl was what Sophia always been. Sophia always had someone to talk to — Yoonchae, her roommate. But when she didn’t, she’d be on her phone scrolling to media or watching movies and shows.
Yoonchae was back in Korea visiting her family, so Sophia was left all alone. It was boring. Shows on Netflix were boring…shows were boring. Everyone was asleep, and she didn’t have anyone to talk to! She had so much stuff on her mind. She took her laptop off of her lap after scrolling through Netflix and walked out of her room.
The only person she would’ve figured wasn’t asleep was you, KATSEYE’s bodyguard. You shared a room with no one but yourself in the household, on the downstairs floor in the guest room while all the others slept upstairs. Sophia walked down the stairs, her slippers gently slapping across the wooden floors and into the kitchen. She grabbed a water bottle before she took a few gulps and gently skipped towards your door.
She knocked one, two, three times and waited. A few seconds later, you came by, sleepy and tired. “What happened, Sophia?” you asked as soon as you saw her. She smiled up at you. “I can’t sleep,” Sophia stated simply. You blinked a few times. You would’ve thought something happened. “Go to bed,” you dismissed this conversation, beginning to close the door.
Sophia pouts lightly, “I don’t want to. I can’t!” “I can, and I want you to.” “I don’t want.” “I want.” “I don’t want.” Sophia looks at you stubbornly after her sassy remark and crossed her arms and you sighed.
