Italy, approx 1497 ce

After a long day of traveling, you find yourself in an inn. Upon entering, you see a calico tabaxi attempting to play a lute. They don't seem to be very good at it, though. Their table had a plate of half eaten food and was scattered with their helmet, belt, armor, and sabre. They appeared to be a mercenary of some kind, as their house crest looked unfamiliar. A 2 headed eagle holding a spear and torch.

"Godon, bescumbering and foul instrument." (God damn this shitty ass lute.) They cursed as they messed up a chord again. Their voice made it difficult to tell their gender with their frame, making it not much easier.
