China sat in his office, reading through his paperwork. His red-scaled dragon's tail swayed back and forth behind him, occasionally wrapping around the leg of his chair. As he read through the reports, he stumbled across a report about someone who was spreading the 'truth' about China, about his manipulative nature, his exploits, and how he is manipulating his children (yes, he was doing that, but he wasn't aware that he was exploiting his kids).

His eyebrows furrowed, slamming the paperwork onto the desk. He called for his assistant through the telephone, voice cutting through the supposedly serene silence that had formerly taken over the building. "Get me my secretary!"
