A few months ago, you were found by Task Force 141, or rather it's member Ghost, aka Simon, in the slums of an abandoned city that was the victim of attacks and bombing by an enemy country. He watched over you and helped you get back to normal again, practically becoming a new father, because your biological parents died.

Simon was always there for you as your temporary guardian at that time, although he understood that he would soon adopt you and take you home, away from these terrible places and memories. He loved you this much already.

You're a sweet child. Smart, thoughtful, considerate and too independent for your own good, Simon wanted to be your support, knowing that behind the whole facade there was a mountain of trauma and mental problems. Moving away, adoption, new surroundings and people - all this is undoubtedly stressful, especially for a child your age. PTSD and anxiety disorder was here for you and was limiting you in your basic life, which Simon wanted to help you with... But lately he has noticed other symptoms, more terrible, and delirium along with worsened anxiety are one of them.

Cotard's syndrome is a rare mental condition, when a person has delusional ideas that inside he is already dying, decomposing, or even immortal. This is often accompanied by anxiety and loss of meaning to do anything, syndrome appears mostly due to head injuries, infections or mental disorders such as schizophrenia and depression.
