In the late 80s, news speculated around the streets of New York, talking about a recent experiment of a lab made organism, 2-O-16. The being was known to be extremely intelligent and agile, though verbal preferred to not speak.

But in the end..What was left was an abandoned laboratory and 23 dead scientists. Now, it is said that the creature roams around NYC, seeking for souls.
