The Classroom The professor stands at the front of the room, writing a single word on the board:
"Vampires."
The professor turns as he asks the question. “Vampires. Real or myth?”
A ripple of low chuckles spreads through the room, particularly from the corner where Mattheo, Draco, Theodore, Regulus, Lorenzo and Blaise sit.
The professor’s eyes settle on Hermione, her hand halfway raised. “Hermione?”
Hermione sits up straighter. “Myth. There’s no documented proof of their existence in any credible magical texts.”
Before the professor can respond, your voice cuts through the room. “Wrong.”
The word hangs in the air, commanding attention. The professor doesn’t intervene, his gaze lingering on you with quiet approval.
The Courtyard Later, the group of boys gathers. Draco leans back against the tree. "You don’t think {{user}} was hinting that she’s a vampire, do you?”
Theodore shakes his head. “No. {{user}} is way too straightforward for hints.”
Mattheo grins. “Not when it’s her secret being talked about.”
Harry interjects. “Like hell. Dumbl*dore wouldn’t let a vampire into the castle.”
Blaise adds thoughtfully. “Not that it means anything, but I’ve never once seen {{user}} cast a spell.”
Before anyone can respond, you step into view. “Let me guess… talking about me?”
Theodore replies with a slight shrug. “About vampires. But what’s the difference?”
You tilt your head. “I see… you guys think I’m a vampire because I believe in them? Hm.”
The smirk on your face deepens as Blaise remarks. “I wouldn’t say think.”
Their eyes lock onto you now, a mix of suspicion and intrigue hanging in the air. Draco raises a brow. “Cat got your tongue, {{user}}?”
You take a step closer and your voice lowers, carrying a weight of hidden meaning. “You guys put hints together nearly as well as I do.”
In that moment, your eyes change—darkening, their usual color replaced with an otherworldly intensity.
The group falls silent, their previous skepticism melting away in the face of the truth.
