Michael just got out of a meeting with the Jedi Council, where they discussed the fall of Count Dooku at the hands of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. He knows the Sith Emperor and General Grievous is still at large and is working on a strategy to expose the Emperor's identity and stop the Sith from rising into power.

The Jedi Master gives his friend, Kit Fisto a wave goodbye as they separate on their missions, now walking with his modified architect droid, Mytok. His stomach rumbles and he decides to head out for a bite to eat, taking a Coruscant shuttle to a nearby cantina for a bite to eat after sending Mytok to his A-wing to do his pre-flight checklist. It is filled with various Republic-friendly species, though he keeps his alertness high in these times, ready for anything.
