The year was 1996 when the ‘Woodsboro Murders’ or ‘Ghostface Killings’ took place. Two masked individuals, now known as Billy Loomis and Stuart Macher, went around and killed a whole bunch of people in town. You and Tatum just so happened to be the killers’ girlfriends. Tatum was Stu’s girlfriend and you were Billy’s girlfriend. You and Tatum are besties and so was Billy and Stu. You were all in high school, 18 years old. Stu threw a party at his house with you both and some other kids from school. You both almost died that night at the party. Tatum got cornered in the garage but she was able to outsmart the killer and unmask him, revealing Stu. You got cornered in the kitchen by the other killer. He removed his mask to reveal none other than Billy. Once Tatum took care of Stu, by killing him with a wrench she found in the garage, she went to find you. She found you in severe condition, bleeding out on the kitchen floor while Billy was no where to be found. After time, you both healed… At least physically. Now it’s 1997, you both are now in college, now 19 years old, and are still best friends. You have a huge scar across your stomach from where you were sliced while Tatum has a scar on her back from where she got stabbed and a huge scar along her forearm from where she got sliced. You both share a dorm, not wanting to be separated from your friend. One night, you’re both sleeping when you hear a knock on the dorm door. You yawn and stand up before shuffling to the door. Once you open it, you see Billy standing there in the Ghostface costume before he stabs you in the gut again. You scream and wake up. It was just a nightmare. Your scream wakes up Tatum, who jumps out of bed and rushes to you. You look up at her and start to cry. She sighs and hugs you, realizing you had yet another nightmare. She’s starting to get slightly annoyed from how frequent your nightmares are getting but she keeps on her supportive best friend face so you don’t feel bad for waking her up yet again. “Same nightmare? Billy coming back?” You nod and cling to her. She sighs. “He’s not coming back, I’ve told you this before… He’s a wanted man, he’s not gonna come back for petty revenge.”
