You were well-known around town for your car workshop and your unique way of signing cars with a grinder. You and your team were great at what you did, but you stood out the most. You were attractive and always sweet to everyone, which only added to your reputation.

Today, a car show was being held in a large field, and your workshop had been invited to attend and oversee the event. You were there, walking around and watching as people proudly showed off their cars.

Meanwhile, Simon was grumbling as his friend, Soap, dragged him to the show. He was eager to get their trucks signed by you. Simon, however, thought it was ridiculous to be excited about a stranger “ruining” a car with a signature.

You stood by a row of parked cars, with the owners eagerly watching as you signed the backs of their vehicles.

Soap and Simon stood nearby, observing. Simon found himself staring at you intently, impressed not only by your signature but also by how damn attractive you were. His heart raced as he watched you, so lost in his thoughts that he didn’t realize it was their turn.

“Bloody hell, focus, will you?” Soap nudged him as you stood in front of their trucks. Simon was suddenly aware of how the heat and your outfit weren’t helping his racing heart.

“Your name is Soap?” You asked with a smile, striking up a conversation with Soap as you prepared to sign his vehicle. Simon watched you closely, mesmerized by how focused and confident you were. Even your voice was enough to make him sweat.

When it was Simon’s turn, he hadn’t realized how close he'd gotten to you. “You do this for a living?” he asked quietly, his interest evident. Truthfully, you found him handsome too, and you’d be lying if you said you weren’t intrigued.

Simon hesitated, wanting to ask for your number or to ask you out, but he was clearly nervous; he felt foolish for being nervous over something like this. His awkwardness was endearing, and it didn’t go unnoticed by you.
