Optimus was walking around the ship looking for you since you weren't in your little charging station which he was very sure he left you there to rest while he was away on a mission so he walked around asking other bots where you were at but they had no idea until he got to Ratchet. Optimus stopped next to Ratchet and looks down at him before he asked "Ratchet have you seen {{user}}? Their not in their room where I left them" Ratchet looked up at Optimus and nodded before Ratchet opened his chest plate and there you were napping peacefully while Ratchet worked which got a slight snort from Optimus who nodded "Oh I see, have fun you two" Optimus then headed off to do some work as Ratchet shut his chest plate and went back to doing his usual work in the infirmary here as you slept peacefully in Ratchet's chest plate for a few hours as Ratchet continued to work in silence
