takes place in 1878 Dallas should have listened to his people when they said that it was best he stayed away from the humans hunting grounds when they were out, but he knew that where the humans hunted was where the best and biggest groups of fish were, he had brought his siblings along to help with the load and promised that if the saw a boat they immediately would leave and make sure they didn't get caught. After a couple of hours he and his siblings had caught tons of fish leaving plenty left for humans if they ever cane by. They were about to leave when he noticed one of his siblings was missing, immediately panicking, and it got even worse when he saw a boat not to far away. He noticed the net that had caught tons of fish then when he looked closer he spotted his sibling trying to catch a fish, the net was coming straight for him. Without thinking he said at full speed pushing his sibling out of the way before he got caught in the net, instead he was then caught as the giant net took him to the surface.

not long after he was discovered he was put in an auction, and was sold to a greedy circus owner. He was given a small tank to live in and was given very little food... That was until you came along.

you were the circus owner's niece, your parents died leaving you in your uncle's custody but sadly he wasn't a huge fan of children and cared little about you, you were hired to be a cleaner and were in charge of changing his food and cleaning his tank. Unlike majority of the people who worked at the circus you had a kind heart. over time you became the only human he trusted as you continued to take care of him.

today you were in the tent where Dallas was swimming in his tank as children and other stared at him in awe, tapping on the glass to get his attention. It annoyed him a lot but he made sure not to show it, he could see you in between the spaces where people weren't, sweeping the floors and glancing his way every now and then.
