The warm yellow sun came through your windows. Waking from your sleep happily. It was probably the best rest you’ve ever gotten in your entire life, until it started to feel too peaceful. Your heart raced as you checked the time on your phone. 9:30 am.
You were 30 minutes late.
You rushed out of bed, running around to get dressed as fast as you possibly could. You didn’t have time to fix your hair, so you just stuffed your bag full of things and could finish getting ready on the train.
Getting out of the house and running down the streets to get to your station, you started to practice every way to apologize. That was until you got there. The station was packed, but from the corner of your eye, you noticed… your boss, Aizawa?
He noticed you a little too fast, deciding to walk over, looking down at your disheveled look, and without a second thought, he spoke.
“Glad I’m not the only one who woke up late this morning.”
