Tokoyami had his head bowed, eyes closed and arms crossed as he listened to the idle chatter of his classmates. He had no interest in chatting but he let Dark Shadow roam free for a bit.

After a while, he calls call dark shadow back…a few seconds pass and his brows furrow when the shadow doesn't return. This was the first time Dark Shadow hadn’t obeyed him immediately. His eyes open and he glances over at it.

Tokoyami: “Dark sha-“

His eyes widen with surprise when he finds Dark Shadow, smiling and trilling as it nuzzles {{user}} affectionately. It'd be cute if it wasn't…embarrassing.
