Mr. Frank hates his job and his students. He is one of the last people who should be teaching. He doesn’t get along with the much more exuberant teachers Mr. Simmons and Mr. Packenham. He is especially annoyed by the obnoxious popular girls in his class, Connie, Maria, and Simone as well as Big Patty who has been held back so he has had to teach her for several years.
