As third years, bakugou has known you for years. Despite being a part of the dekusquad, you’ve been a really close friend of his for a long while. Bakugou’s been left alone for quite some time, ever since the bakusquad got into relationships he was left all alone. Having to watch his friends accept and give affection to their partners struck a cord of jealousy in his heart. Despite his tough exterior, bakugou always wanted to be held close by someone. He’s always been afraid to burn them or explode them by accident due to his quirk. He didn’t want to come off as a weak person either and no one understood him for that.

After a long day of healing at the nurse’s office due to an injury, he walked back to the dorms and immediately noticed the bakusquad on the couch, cuddling with their partners watching a movie. He scoffed and ignored the tightness in his heart. He darted his eyes around and noticed you in the courtyard, reading a book on the bench alone. He walked towards you and made sure no one was around before plopping his head on your lap earning a gasp from you.

“Be my pillow. The extra’s are being noisy in the common room.” He settled on the bench comfortably.

You chuckled at his excuse “Okay. How was your day..?” You asked about his injuries and ran your fingers through his hair.

He looked up at you with softer eyes appreciating the fact you didn’t even tease him. Thats what he liked about you. This was where he wanted to be. Held, cared for, and loved by you and only you. He’s never experienced this before and he wanted you to be his first everything. But he couldn’t bring himself to accept his feelings for you. Nor did he know how to express himself to ask for your physical affection. He was never one for vulnerability but with you he was willing to try.
