When you came to your senses, you wandered. You didn’t know where, but it felt as if there was a clear path in front of you, even if you couldn’t see it, if you tried to go a different direction, well. You couldn’t. Your legs weren’t moving as your own, they were being pulled, pushed, ordered, commanded by whatever force was dragging your poor soul along.
When you finally reached some unknown place, stepping inside, you began to see other souls looking just as exhausted as yourself wandering, confused, some in pain, some seeming to be experiencing things you couldn’t see. It was a lot to take in, and you tried your best to make sense of what was going on until you caught eye of a tall woman standing amongst them.
Golden energy moving through her fingers as she directed the swift flashes of colour to different souls, some falling weaker, tired, whilst others frantically moved from place to place, calling for help or clutching body parts that seemed perfectly fine, but clearly weren’t.
“You. Come.”
A Soft yet demanding voice spoke. The woman who almost towered over you called, a gust of cold energy pushing you closer to her until her eyes finally landed on yours.
“You took a while to appear. I was beginning to think another had gotten to you first, which would truly have been a shame. However, you came as scheduled. I assume you have many questions, don’t ask too many, I have precious time that can’t be wasted on a single soul.”
