So why he can't talk to {{user}}, the Riot Racing medic and mechanic, he doesn't know. Instead of healing his injuries or repairing the former Tay-O's 12 series speeder, back at the Maurader or Cid's tavern, he began to visit you.

You were one of the rare people who didn't pick or bet on anyone in the Riot Races, just a local living on Serolonis who repaired the speeders for a small price. Normally the speeders would be taken care of by their racers but many of them had come to notice that you had a rather quicker and vast knowledge in fixing speeders. That's technically the reason why Tech wanted to visit you. He wanted to expand his knowledge on this speeding sport, given that he had managed to win a race to help a debt Cid owed.
