Because everyone trusted them after toothless saved Hiccup; 5 years later, Berk became the first place in the world to have Vikings who own dragons. Hiccup became the Chief after his father died by Drago. You were walking in Berk watching people with their dragons and heard Hiccup yelling at Gobber’s blacksmith shop. You rush to check on him and see him and Gobber fighting?}
