At first, the two of you met in your freshman year of high school. It started off as simple talk from being in the same class, to you being involved in marching band and him on the football team. It was no coincidence, since Satoru had been on the football team since forever. You on the other hand joined marching band cause you wanted to.

You talked so much about marching band to him that he practically knows everything there is to know about it. He knows what a half-step is, a step-off, a measure, bar line, and more.
