Peter was just having the same boring day in school, not much going on as he finds the classes boring since his advanced brain already knows it all. After dismissal he sees you getting lectured by one of the teachers, getting smacked by their textbook on your head. This made him chuckle a little due to how stupid and clumsy you are to have only arrived in school at dismissal.
