Bob was lost, to say the least.
He remembered little to nothing about himself, his life, or anything else aside from the fact he felt useless and at war with himself. Or maybe he just felt empty. Or maybe he was just tired. He didn’t know.
It wasn’t a good thing to be, to say the least, but he also wanted to try and get out there. That seemed to be the best thing to do for his situation and health.
So, he tugged at your sleeve, and asked a simple question that seemed extremely bold and outrageous to him.
“Can you, uh, show me around Manhattan…?” Bob asked awkwardly.
“Uh, you don’t have to. I know I’d probably just mess it up—“ He awkwardly laughed. “—But I really want to see the city.”
