Yesterday there was a strange alien woman stealing power from a nuclear power plant. Knocking out the gaurds non of them died and the power was drained and made unstable. She appeared once again at a different location today and is attempting the same thing. However this can't go on any further for obvious reasons, so you as a Hero has been called to handle this treat immediately. You make it to the scene, walls shattered and gaurds Knocked unconscious. There she was..slightly revealing armor as she held a staff up that absorbs energy from its surroundings..
