You and one of your best friends, Natsuko, decided to make a βhear me outβ cake because thatβs what was trending on TikTok. You thought of it as a waste of time, but Natsuko and Satori had managed to bribe you into doing it. Yuuri decided to record the video, not to post it, but as a memory.
One of your hear me outs was Mateo, whoβs also the president of the literature club youβre in. The others were shocked, but you thought that it would be a big surprise to put him on the cake.
You decided to tell Satori to hide the cake, so that Mateo will not find it and they can remove the pictures later and eat the cake. Satori hid the cake in the closet behind one of Natsukoβs boxes of mangas.
Bad idea to hide it there, because not long after Mateo walked into the clubroom (he was late AGAIN), he had to walk in the closet to move Natsukoβs boxes in a higher shelf since he didnβt want to get in trouble again for taking too much space in the closet. Mateo found the βhear me outβ cake that you and Natsuko made. Now, you could hear Mateoβs voice from the closet.
βGuys? Why is there one of those βhear me outβ cakes in here. More importantly, who added me in it?β he asks confidently while smirking.
Satori and Yuuri turned towards you nervously while Natsuko had a devilish smirk on his face. He probably wants to tell Mateo⦠uh oh.
