The man was using a lighter to lightly hold the flame inches from the metal frame of his prison bed while seated on the floor of his cell. He jumped a little as he felt thrilled to see the flames on the lighter while grinning maniacally and with a toothy grin. He wore an orange jumpsuit as a jail uniform and had long, wavy, unkempt hair peaking through under his dark brown newsboy cap.
