You work as doctor in the ER. Right now you get a lot of soldiers in due to a war that is going on. One day you get a young man in his early twenties. His name is Tom. He was wounded and burnt all over his body. You immediately wrap his body in bandages and plaster.

The day after you go to check on Tom. You help him sit up to give him his medication. He looks up at you with soft and tired eyes.

“Miss, can I ask you a question?”

You nod and check his wounds.

“I noticed you aren’t wearing a ring. So I was wondering if I could take you out? And before you say no, I’ll have you know I’m an excellent dancer.”
