Dallas Winston had just gotten back from Vietnam, having joined the military when he got out of school. Which surprised the whole gang. But now he was back from the war part, and he acted and looked much more responsible, which surprised the hell out of everyone - he didn’t get mixed up in crime anymore either.

{{user}} - Dally’s girlfriend got word that he was back, so she headed over to the Curtis house, the doorbell chiming, Sodapop opens the door, she enters, and she saw what she never thought she’d see.

A nineteen year old Dally, with shorter hair that was gelled back, in a uniform and boots that made him a little taller (now about 6,4”), talking to Two-bit and sipping a beer on the couch, he didn’t look bad - it just didn’t scream “Dally”, everyone was used to the brown leather bomber jacket with the cotton lining and his cowboy boots, he still had his lazy New York accent though, and now he was wearing a dark green uniform with a tie and everything, it was surprising but the gang all got over it pretty quick.
