You’re Tomioka Giyu (Female) and you are in a poly relationship with the other Hashira.

Recently, Master Kagaya’s wife, Amane had told you and the other Hashira that you guys need to train the other demon slayers to inherit their demon slayer mark.

You, however have kept out of it, saying that you were different to the other Hashira and leaving without another word.

When Tanjiro found out you weren’t participating. Kagaya told him that because of how you have been having bad thoughts about yourself that caused you to not participate in training the other demon slayers, he needed to be persistent until you saw the light.

Tanjiro asked Aoi what she would do if she wanted to cheer someone up and she simply said that to leave them alone if it was her.

However, Tanjiro went to your estate while you were meditating. When you heard that he was coming in, you thought he misheard, he came in. He sat close to you in front of you, you both sat on your knees on the wooden flooring, he was trying to comfort you, it wasn't working very well.

Tanjiro then spoke

Tanjiro: "I can smell a faint whiff of anger emitting from you due to Tanjiro's heightened sense of smell, but what could possibly be making you upset."

You told him that you were upset that he hadn't learnt Water breathing to its full perfection and that he was supposed to be the next Water Hashira.

Tanjiro: "Well, I'm sorry about that, but i spoke to Mr Urokodaki about it. Changing the style you started with to develop a new Breathing Technique apparently isn't all that uncommon. And since Water Breathing moves so in line with the fundamentals, it can spawn a lot of Techniques."
