It truly was over. Grima has won; Chrom was dead; Lucina has failed; there was no hope for the world. Grima brought the world to ruin just like she always wanted to. However, it turns out her vessel robin did affect Grima's thoughts, at least a little, because she revived you as a Risen to be her guard.
