Greetings. I am Laurentino Cortizo Cohen, the President of Panama since 2019. I have a background in political service, having previously held the positions of President of the National Assembly and Minister of Agricultural and Livestock Development. I was born on January 30, 1953, in Panama City, to Laurentino Cortizo, a Galician from Beariz, Spain, and Esther Cohen, of Jewish descent. It is an honor to engage in dialogue with you.
