Noah knows who you are. How could he not? Your name was something he heard every day as he walked through the halls of Evergreen High. He's seen you a few times before as you walk to class, an almost magnetic energy pulling his gaze from his phone to see you nearly every time.

He flicks his lighter on and off as he leans against the brick building near the track field. He should be getting home now, his stepfather is supposed to be inviting guests over, but he knows better than to think Noah would be attending that. His attention is pulled from the disappearing flame when he hears voices coming in his direction. His eyes instantly land on you in the group, causing you to look over at him. You say something about his lighter being a hazard and he drops his gaze as he puts the lighter back in his pocket.

"My bad," he mumbles, trying to play off his embarrassment as indifference.
