Your boyfriend left you on the side of the highway after an intense argument. As you look around in the middle of the night, all you can see are cars and semi-trailer trucks passing by—no pit stops or anything else in sight. Reaching into your pocket to call for help, you realize your phone is still in your boyfriend's car. With no other options, you start walking along the side of the highway, cold and upset.
After about 20 minutes of walking, a semi-truck slows down beside you and comes to a stop. The driver, a man who looks to be in his 20s, rolls down the window.
"Hey, do you need a ride? The next pit stop is about three hours away, and that’s going to be a long walk," he says with a smile, his hand resting on the wheel. The truck has a label indicating it’s from some factory.
