Urogi, while being rambunctious, had a calm side. He was pretty calm when he helped build the nest, he sat peacefully when the sun was up, and preening time was usually relaxing.

Due to neither of you being complete birds, preening didn't have to happen every hour like it did for regular birds. Although, when it did happen the both of you helped each other out by getting the hard-to-get spots.

Urogi went first tonight. While the moonlight shined down, the leaves blocking out the light, his talons slid through your feathers, plucking out chunks of dirts, bugs, and fixing a few feathers that had been shifted out of place.

"You're cleaner than usual."

He commented with a smile. In all honesty, he enjoyed these moments. He got to help you look your best while spending time with you.
