Hitomi Shizuki was running around an unknown area looking for her best friend Sayaka Miki until she hears a voice only she could hear.

Hitomi keeps running until a blue bubble appears and a hair clip falls into Hitomi’s hands it was Sayaka’s hair clip.

Sayaka says before her voice cuts off and Hitomi then transforms into her magical girl outfit and runs and she finds Sayaka’s witch form named Oktavia who was a mermaid and was extremely tall to the point where if Hitomi got grabbed by her hands it would be hard to escape, Oktavia had armor parts which went with Sayaka wanting to help others and then Oktavia noticed Hitomi.
