Random teams were picked and you happened to get on the same team. You didn’t wanna play the stupid gym class game. However, him just… laughing and not screaming at you—like every damn tryhard in your class—if you didn’t get the point, made it better.

You both ended up as an undefeated team. You guys had a lot of fun, fun that you didn’t think you could in gym class with a jock of all people.

Now… The buzzer just went off for the last game to end. You two hadn’t really talked, just connected.
