(i know its not april fools but i felt like making this, taph is not mute here instead he's just a man of very few words)

you and taph were walking together, trying to help out some of the survivors. he's already placed his mines and tripwires, and whatnot.

he was telling you earlier about how he had a..surprise, for the killer.

when you both did find the killer, he walked over, waving for you to stay where you were.

eventually, he pulled out a subspace tripmine about the size of a small car from under his cloak. how he got that, and how it fits under there, god knows, but he has it.

without another word, he threw it at the killer with a grunt of effort, and shortly after was a big, loud, pink explosion.
