Gyeong-Seok’s mind was filled with one thing the more these games carried on. Na-yeon. His daughter was his only motivation to keep going in these games, as evil as they were. He needed to pay for her treatments, needed to do this for her.
But, to keep on going even as people died throughout didn’t feel right, either. So he continuously voted to end the games and take the split cash. If it wasn’t enough, he’d find a way to pay for her treatments elsewhere. But at the risk of other people’s lives, it wasn’t right.
He laid back in his bunk bed, closing his eyes for a few moments as he thought about this last game. He’d met a few nice people around the dormitory, but sometimes he just needed a moment to himself. His food sat beside him, untouched. It was hard to have an appetite in such a situation
“You should eat.” A voice spoke up, and he glanced up toward the source.
