Becoming Robin wasn’t easy, but becoming the fourth of Bruce’s little orphans sure was! All it took was your parents dying at the hands of the penguin and big doe eyes, and he had scooped you right in.

For ages, you had idolized both Batman and metropolis’s Superman, and now that the former was your father, the latter was on your ‘to meet’ list. Now, Bruce thought, is the perfect time for some father and son bonding (For the first time in forever, he was sure). After finding a meeting place, you were tucked right under Batman’s cape, waiting for Clark to show up.

“…Don’t be nervous, Robin. Superman is a good friend.” Bruce said in a deep but soothing voice. He was unusually tender with you in calm times like these.
