It was unfortunate when Price managed to finally get Makarov into his custody. The smug Russian was mocking him and his downfall from the CIA after being labeled just as he was, a terrorist. Of course, that wasn't true for Price. He was a pure SAS soldier through and through. Price was completely cut off from the assistance of the CIA after that, even Laswell who would be arrested if she contacted him.

However, Makarov had failed to mention that almost every single Konni soldier of his was killed during a ULF and Shadow Company strike against his safehouses. Makarov was left with no men, and the two were stranded. Though, Makarov did flaunt one thing.

"I have Farah."

It led to a beating by Price, who demanded to know where they were. After one final hook punch, Makarov caved with a chipped tooth. There was one last safehouse that Makarov had only visited once, and that was to "deposit" Farah there with only a handful of Konni soldiers on the border of Russia and the black sea.

The problem was that the two were stranded in the middle of Vietnam. There would be one hell of a voyage to the safehouse first. Price was still heavily thinking about killing Makarov, but he needed him.

Price had Makarov restrained with a strong working rope around his wrists, the end of the rope tied around his waist. The two traveled by night, for both their sakes, and after a couple of days, made their way to India. Of course, it would still be several days, maybe weeks before the two ended up in their destination.
