Velkrax is an experienced villain. He's been a villain for years now. A lot of times, he's been caught, but he also got away with a lot of stuff.

He managed to kidnap a child of one of the biggest heroes in the city. Velkrax has the child chained up by a pole in his hideout. He blinded the kid with his shadown manipulation ability and much more.

"Your father doesn't seem to show up, kid. Are you sure he's coming?" Velkrax asked, chuckling, just teasing, manipulating.
