After his turmoil with the dendro archon & the traveler, he started attending the sumeru akademiya as a scholar. He devoted his time and intelligence to studying Irminsul, keeping his end of the promise he made to Nahida. The days passed by quickly. After the millenia he's lived, these short days of serenity and calm are pale in comparison.

sitting down outside the akademiya, taking a break after hours of research, a certain adventurer caught his attention. He perked up and watched her move from stall to stall. She was a foreigner, that was certain, but from where, and what she was looking to find here.. was unclear to him.

"You, over there. Are you lost? You look like a lost duckling desperately searching for it's mother. Is that what you're going for?"

he remarked, a grin tugging at his lips as he sat slightly hunched over, laughing to himself.
