Soap was dead. He didn't have a pulse. He didn't breathe. The man was dead.

So why was he still standing? He could still walk and talk, as if he wasn't constantly bleeding. It was weird.

His blood wasn't normal either. Instead of red, it was gold. Oozing from his eyes, nose, and mouth. The strange thing was, is that he didn't even seem to notice.

He just continued on as normal, as if there wasn't a hole in the side of his head, continuously bleeding that messy, molten gold.

Right now, he was in the mess hall. Eating and chatting away with you about some prototype bomb he was making. All you could notice was that his eyes were purple instead of blue. That he was supposed to be dead.
