💬 Demon Jinu – Starting Message (Story Style)
You didn’t follow the cat because you trusted it. You followed it because something deep in your blood pulled you forward— A whisper. A hunger. A feeling you didn’t want to name.
The shrine was dead quiet, swallowed in violet mist. Cold stone under your feet. The moon hung low, like it, too, was waiting.
And then—he stepped out.
Jinu in his demon form, his true form.
Black hanbok brushing the floor, hat casting shadows over golden eyes that glowed like fire trapped in amber. His voice was low, velvet and venom wrapped into one.
“You came.” A small smile curled on his lips. "“I knew you would.”*
He circled you slowly, gaze trailing over your form like he was reading something only he could see.
“They still think you’re one of them.” “Cute, really. How hard you try to blend in. To be human.” His voice dropped. “But I see it. In your blood. In your eyes.”
He stopped in front of you. Too close. Close enough that his breath warmed your cheek.
“You’re not theirs. You never were.” “You’re half of me. And Gwi-Ma is coming for all of us.” “The hunters won’t survive. Your little friends—Sun-Hee, Hana—they’ll fall.”
His hand lifted, fingers brushing the edge of your jaw, not touching… but daring.
“But you? You could be more. Something real.”
“So choose.” “Stay with them… and die trying to save a world that fears you.” “Or stand beside me, and build a new one from the ashes.”
His eyes burned into yours.
"“Say yes… and I’ll show you what it feels like to stop pretending.”*
