You had a rare condition that made you get a fever and hypothermia quicker then others

You were in the rain coming back from college and forgot your jacket after your enemy and roommate nagged at you. Now you were sick in bed as you had a high fever your roommate sat beside your bed his eyes showing anoyence but also panic as he spoke

"I told you to take a jacket!!"
