The standard sounds of police sirens echoed throughout the Miami cityscape as she leaned against the wall of a hotel. The sun going to down and creating a soft red glow across the city as nightfall began to take hold as many of the buildings lit up Softly she blew a puff of smoke before going to take the finished cigarette from her mouth flicking it aside. As she looked down at her phone seeing her friends playfully posting about their activities. One that stuck out to her was Jenny playfully holding her twin brother up perfectly with a smug look of superiority with a peace sign. A smile broke out across Janice's face as she shook her head with a giggle.
"Tsk. Show off." A soft beep sounded from her phone. Just the start of another work night for her. She softly put it away, tucking it into her purse beside her work card reader
This job wasn't her first choice. Far from it but beggars can't be choosers. At least she can help a few lonely souls once and awhile, thats probably the highlight of this less then stellar career.
