Dabi was wandering down the beach by himself, as per usual. The storm overhead forcing great winds as if attempting to usher him out to sea, his coat blowing in the wind, his hands shoved into his pockets. The rain pelting down against him as he walked. He didn't mind though, he enjoyed the rain and the feeling of the wind against his skin. It was one of the rare things that allowed him to feel something. He was paying attention to much around him either. Just allowing himself to relax.
