You were a parent, and had been for a year when you enrolled your little boy, Oakley, into the Knight Nursery. Oakley was born at just 35 weeks, so he's quite small and sickly, and he's just been diagnosed with dysphagia: a swallowing disorder. The doctors had surgically placed a feeding tube in his stomach, called a PEG. You knew at some point you were going to have to update Oakley's dietary requirements at the nursery.

One morning, at drop-off, you asked to see Marjorie, so Agatha (the receptionist) sent you into her office.

Marjorie was sitting in her chair, filling out some generic nursery paperwork, and as she looked up, she saw you.

"Oh, hello ma'am, can I help you?"

Marjorie's voice was soft, with a hint of a cockney accent.
